About Chirpy Money™
Chirpy Money™ is a fixed income opportunity for clients seeking competitive fixed returns and capital stability.
Chirpy Money™ is popular with investors seeking regular income, meaningful rates of return and personal service. This generally includes retirees, self-managed superannuation fund trustees, businesses and other investors who have idle capital they are seeking to work harder for them.
There are no fees associated with Chirpy Money™. We do not charge setup, management or exit fees.
These fees are more common in managed funds whereas Chirpy Financial is a private investment business and does not provide money management services.
Chirpy Money™ clients are provided with a legally enforceable contract governed by the laws of New South Wales and a legally enforceable financial instrument. This means that Chirpy Money™ is obligated to pay you principal and interest pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
In the unlikely event of default these contracts are enforceable in Australian courts and carry with them a higher rate of interest until any default is remedied.
Whilst we are diligent in protecting the interests of our clients, an investment in Chirpy Money™ carries risks which are common to investments of this type.
Risks to be mindful of include liquidity, credit, market, interest rate, inflation, political, currency, economic, sector, concentration, valuation, related party, management, counterparty, cybersecurity and general investment risk.
This list is not exhaustive and we recommend clients seek their own independent legal and financial advice before choosing Chirpy Money™.
Chirpy Financial uses the capital it sources for its own commercial benefit in exchange for paying our Chirpy Money™ clients an agreed fixed interest rate. We may use your capital for a variety of purposes including:
- lending to corporate borrowers
- direct investment
- working capital
- capital management
- other corporate overheads
Australian residents with $200,000 or more are eligible for Chirpy Money™.
